I am extremely sorry for being late in writing this message. Firstly I was bogged down with files and also at the same time was busy addressing with various university issues.
I am proud to have become more involved and engrossed at this time as Vice-chancellor on September 13, 2014 of this institution – REC, where I started as a student, then served as a faculty for long 39 years. I cherish the REC family of colleagues, students, our officers and staffs.
Over the years the university has increased many folds in every respect — there is no limit to improvements and advancement especially in this 21st Century of innovative sciences and technologies. I am full of dreams regarding REC – our academia, May Allah gives me the strength and with your co-operations I wish to carry them out.
As a Vice Chancellor I look forward to having a trimmed, sparklingly landscaped and vibrant campus where besides regular academic programs, many extracurricular activities and various researches are going on. Every day, everywhere the expenses are going up almost to the extent of sky rocketing. The expenditure of the university has also increased a lot. As for example at present the electric bill alone is in the tune of about 55 lakhs per month. With so many talented dedicated personnel of this institution and physical resources available here, can’t we march forward in tandem to get to the bottom of these concerns. As a reputed seat of learning accompanied by quality education and quality resources we would have to have more grasps of these issues and continue to provide lead in national developments as well.
Inshahallah I will get back to you again with our definite visions and missions.
